Tip of the Month
If you are having trouble getting motivated to workout, try the buddy system. Having someone to work out with you makes you more likely to get to the fitness center and enjoy the workouts. So, call a friend and make fitness fun!

Fitness Person of the Month
Patti Thomas gets to the fitness center 3 to 4 times a week and works herself very hard.
She's motivated and never misses her gym time!
